I'm an operations-minded partner for small business owners who'd rather spend their time on clients and craft than reinventing the filing system every few months. Before founding A Ward Collaborations, I spent over a decade leading finance and operations for major hospitality brands — Marriott, Ritz-Carlton, Omni, Highgate — at properties representing over $100 million in assets. I designed standard operating procedures that cut a 60–90 day collection cycle down to 30–45 days, streamlined operational procedures, and led full financial system transitions — new payment platforms, new payroll and HR systems — without a single day of disrupted operations. What I learned, over and over: the businesses that thrive aren't the ones with the fewest problems — they're the ones where nothing depends on just one person remembering how it works.

Most small business owners don't fail for lack of ideas — they stall for lack of systems. I started A Ward Collaborations because small business owners deserve the same operational rigor that $100M properties can't survive without, without needing a corporate budget or a corporate team to get it. I exist to be the outside partner who builds that missing infrastructure — documented processes, workflows, and tooling that let your business run predictably, whether or not you're in the room.
